In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint coatings to vehicle surfaces, ensuring a flawless appearance and durable protection. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, grinding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using conventional spray guns with precision and consistency Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and buffing equipment to refine surfaces and achieve a polished look Mask off areas accurately to prevent overspray and ensure clean lines during painting processes Maintain a safe work environment by using respiratory protection and following safety protocols for handling chemicals and equipment Conduct quality inspections post-painting to verify color match, finish smoothness, and overall appearance before vehicle delivery Skills Proven dealership experience or auto body painting background demonstrating mastery in auto refinishing techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, grinders, buffing machines, and airless paint sprayers for surface preparation and finishing Knowledge of automotive body refinishing products, surface preparation masking methods, and spray techniques including conventional spraying and airless systems Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing during long shifts while maintaining attention to detail throughout the process I Car Gold Class Join us if you're passionate about automotive artistry!
