Job Description
Full-Time | Collision Repair Shop We are an established collision repair shop that works with insurance companies and customer-pay repairs, seeking a skilled Frame Technician / Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and is committed to meeting or exceeding OEM manufacturer and insurance standards. Responsibilities Perform frame straightening and structural repairs. Complete high-quality collision repairs, including panel replacement, fitting, and alignment. Perform body repairs, including dent repair, metal finishing, and body filler application. Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM repair procedures. Read and interpret insurance repair estimates and work closely with estimators. Identify hidden damage and communicate supplement requirements. Operate frame measuring equipment to ensure structural accuracy. Perform quality control inspections to verify all repairs meet manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Complete repairs efficiently without compromising quality. QualificationsRequired Experience in frame and collision repair. Experience performing insurance collision repairs. Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and structural repair techniques. Experience using frame measuring systems and structural repair equipment. Ability to consistently produce high-quality, detail-oriented repairs. Must provide your own tools. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position. Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred ASE Certification I-CAR Certification State collision repair certifications High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Monday -
