Body Shop Technician M&K Truck Centers - 3.2 Wyoming, MI Job Details Full-time $20 - $35 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Employee stock ownership plan Qualifications Heavy truck repair Computer operation Vehicle mechanics for truck drivers Automotive welding equipment Computer skills Full Job Description M&K Truck Centers is expanding and seeking skilled Heavy Truck Body Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on body, structural, and collision repairs for heavy-duty trucks and vocational vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform collision repair and maintenance services, including cab, sheet metal, and fiberglass repairs. Repair or replace panels, doors, bumpers, and frames; diagnose and repair various truck systems. Prepare surfaces for painting and align body components to OEM specifications. Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and compliance standards; maintain an organized work area. Collaborate with team members and assist with parts sourcing as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. 3+ years of experience with heavy trucks or commercial vehicles; strong knowledge of body repair techniques and welding. Proficient with tools, repair orders, and basic computer skills; valid driver's license required (CDL preferred).
Preferred Skills:
