Position Summary In this position, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Collision Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic and the flexibility to consistently log overtime hours during busy cycles. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering repairs that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicate effectively with estimators, management, and team members regarding repair progress. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards. Replace, repair, and align damaged body panels and components. Remove and install mechanical and electrical components as needed. Preform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicle make and models. Pay Depends on Experience 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Flexible for overtime availability when needed
Qualifications Auto Body Repair:
2 + years of collision repair experience preferred. Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards Be able to demonstrate and properly complete light to heavy repairs in a timely manner Manage all vehicles assigned and deliver high-quality work Attending and collaborate with team during daily production meetings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
