We're not looking for someone who simply wants their next job—we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a shop that values quality workmanship, integrity, and teamwork. Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and develop an efficient repair plan. Perform structural, body, and frame repairs according to manufacturer specifications and repair procedures. Operate frame measuring and straightening equipment. Determine when parts should be repaired versus replaced while considering safety, quality, cost, and repair cycle time. Communicate effectively with estimators and team members throughout the repair process. Verify parts received match repair estimates and identify any missing or incorrect parts. Complete repairs that meet manufacturer, insurance, and shop quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Properly maintain shop tools and equipment. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures. Participate in ongoing training and shop safety meetings. Qualifications Experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician preferred. Experience using frame measuring and straightening equipment. Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and manufacturer repair standards. Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and measuring data. I-CAR Welding Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check.
