The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition. This role involves working with various materials and techniques to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform auto body repairs on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Fabricate parts as needed using sheet metal techniques and welding skills. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. Execute auto painting tasks to restore vehicles to their original finish, ensuring a smooth and professional appearance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques. Requirements Required experience in auto body repair Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in welding and fabricating Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
