Driven Vary low turn over, Longterm team in place interview directly with the owner and team We are seeking an Auto Body Estimator for a modern, Icar Gold certified auto body repair shop. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience and strong leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, highly skilled in task prioritization, comfortable with multi-tasking, and either an expert in the field
Requirements:
Must have experience with a management system like CCC One Management system Previous work experience with a 100% disassembly system Must be driven to meet DRP's goals, by providing quality repairs in a timely manner with high customer satisfaction Must be comfortable and willing to write up thorough and complete estimates
