Experienced Auto Body Technician - Collision Repair | Sign-On Bonus $22-$30 per flagged labor hour | Charlotte, NC Briggs Collision is looking for an experienced collision Body Technician who can handle real body repair work and keep jobs moving. This is not a paint prep, detailing, or mechanical position. What You'll Do Panel repair and replacement Metal repair Teardown and reassembly Structural/light-to-heavy collision repair Follow repair plans and OEM procedures Identify hidden damage and communicate it quickly Work with estimators, parts, painters, and the Shop Manager Take ownership of assigned repairs Produce quality work without cutting corners What We're Looking For Solid hands-on collision repair experience Dependable and productive Good communication Takes pride in quality Works well with the team I-CAR preferred Welding, structural, aluminum, or OEM certifications are a plus Pay & Opportunity $22-$30 per flagged/produced labor hour , based on experience and skill. Strong technicians can turn high hours depending on repair mix, available work, and individual production. Sign-on bonus available for highly qualified technicians. Schedule Monday-Friday operation with some flexibility for experienced, dependable technicians.
