We are seeking experienced Master Automotive Detailers to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our new and pre-owned vehicles meet the highest standards of presentation and quality. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in their work, and is highly skilled in advanced detailing techniques.Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-service detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles Operate buffers and polishing equipment safely and effectively Complete paint correction processes, including compounding and polishing Remove heavy stains from interior surfaces (carpet, upholstery, headliners) Perform professional headlight restoration Remove window tint as needed Clean and recondition vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Follow all safety procedures and company policiesQualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience Proven experience with buffing, paint correction, and advanced detailing techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectivelyBenefits:
