About the Role As an Automotive Collision Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring vehicle integrity and aesthetics through expert craftsmanship. You will utilize your technical proficiency in frame alignment, panel replacement, and refinishing to ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in peak condition, directly impacting customer satisfaction and road safety. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive structural damage assessments to determine precise repair requirements. Execute high-quality repairs on vehicle frames, body panels, and exterior components. Operate advanced collision repair equipment and precision tools to achieve factory-standard results. Coordinate with shop personnel to streamline workflows and meet project deadlines. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organizational cleanliness. Provide clear updates to clients regarding the status and technical requirements of their vehicle repairs. Continuously refine your skillset by staying current with modern automotive repair technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Demonstrated professional experience in automotive body repair or collision restoration. Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle structural repair techniques and safety compliance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Skills Formal vocational training or certification in autobody repair. Experience with modern paint matching and refinishing systems. Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented shop environment.
