In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint protection films to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances the vehicle's appearance and preserves its value. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing professional installation services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Paint Protection Film while working with cutting-edge products and techniques. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning, and inspecting surfaces to ensure optimal film adhesion and finish quality Inspect and cut paint protection film precisely to fit various vehicle models using computer software and film plotter and bulk installalation as well Apply paint protection film smoothly and accurately, avoiding bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections Perform minor auto body paint touch-ups as needed to ensure seamless integration of the film with vehicle surfaces Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify durability, appearance, and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of equiptment and supplies Proven experience in appling film at a high quality level. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle trim removal process Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, buffing machines, and other auto repair equipment Experience with automotive window tint Knowledge of auto estimating procedures and customer service best practices to ensure client satisfaction Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance Join us if you're passionate about automotive excellence!
