Employee discounts Free uniforms Training & development Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Tech Level 3 Frame Machine Operator to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural and frame repairs and be capable of restoring vehicles to manufacturer specifications using frame measuring and straightening equipment. Responsibilities Operate frame machines and measuring systems to perform structural repairs. Diagnose and assess frame and unibody damage. Perform frame pulls and structural corrections according to manufacturer specifications. Complete welding and panel replacement procedures as required. Perform structural repairs on damaged vehicles. Assist with plastic repairs and collision-related body repairs. Work with ADAS and SRS systems during the repair process. Perform basic mechanical repairs related to collision damage. Maintain repair quality, productivity, and safety standards. Keep work area clean and organized. Follow all company and manufacturer repair procedures. Qualifications Previous experience operating frame machines in a collision repair environment. Strong knowledge of structural and unibody repairs. Welding experience required. Knowledge of vehicle measuring systems and repair procedures. Understanding of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Knowledge of SRS (Supplemental Restraint Systems). Basic mechanical knowledge. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs. Valid Driver's License required. Compensation & Benefits Up to $35.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time, stable employment. Opportunity for growth within a professional collision repair team.
