We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auto Body Damage Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage. Use industry-standard software (e.g., CCC ONE, Audatex) to prepare accurate repair estimates. Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians. Explain appraisal findings and repair plans to customers in a professional and understandable manner. Collaborate with the repair team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of repair plans. Maintain detailed records of estimates, parts, labor, and related documents. Stay up to date with industry standards, repair techniques, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive or collision repair preferred. 1+ years of experience in auto body damage appraisal or auto body repair. Proficiency with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.). Strong understanding of vehicle structures, repair techniques, and collision repair procedures.
