FULL-TIME AUTO BODY
ESTIMATOR, where your expertise will drive exceptional customer service and accurate damage assessments. In this vital role, you will evaluate vehicle damages, prepare detailed repair estimates, and coordinate with insurance companies and repair technicians to ensure seamless service. Your mechanical knowledge and dealership experience will empower you to deliver precise estimates that meet quality standards while fostering positive customer relationships. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of auto body repairs, utilizing your skills in automotive diagnostics, estimating, and customer service to make a tangible impact every day. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess extent of repairs needed, including auto body repair, frame work, and mechanical components. Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software and manual calculations. Over-see repairs all the way through from writing estimates, ordering parts, to delivering completed repairs to satisfied customers. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processing and approval of repairs. Maintain organized records of all estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions for efficient workflow management. Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience preferred as an Auto Body Estimator- or willing to train the right person. Strong knowledge of estimating system- CCC Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Ability to multitask in a fast pace enviroment Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
