You'll be responsible for repairing vehicles properly and efficiently, following OEM procedures, and delivering clean, complete jobs. Responsibilities Full disassembly and reassembly of vehicles Perform body repairs (sheet metal, panel repair, minor structural) Welding and basic fabrication as needed Ensure proper fitment, gaps, and alignment Work with estimators to complete repairs per estimate and supplements Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow safety procedures at all times Requirements Experience in auto body repair (combo tech preferred) Strong disassembly and reassembly skills Ability to perform quality body work and repairs Welding experience is a plus Own tools required Ability to work in a fast-paced shop and stay productive Pay & Benefits $25-$40/hour (based on experience) Overtime available depending on workload Health insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Clean, updated, high-volume shop
