Auto Body Repair Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and possess the knowledge necessary to perform high-quality repairs on vehicles. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous workmanship. Some tools may be provided, will discuss during interview process. Duties Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and dent removal. Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged components. Fabricate parts as needed for specific repairs. Conduct auto restoration projects, ensuring vehicles meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair, specifically in auto body work. ICAR certifications required Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques is highly desirable. ICAR certifications for welding required Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with vehicle repairs. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
