The Role:
As a Body Shop Bodyman, you'll be a skilled technician responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to like-new condition. You'll use your expertise with welding, fitting, and repair techniques to bring vehicles back to life. This is a rewarding role for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Health, Medical and Dental Insurance 401K Plan with company match Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee Discounts Family owned and operated Long term job security Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans to restore vehicles safely and efficiently Remove and replace damaged panels, doors, hoods, fenders, and other body components Fill dents, remove rust, and prep surfaces for finishing Perform welding, grinding, and cutting to repair cracks and structural damage Align and secure panels and components to ensure proper fit and function Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on repair progress Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist other team members as needed to meet project deadlines Requirements High school diploma or GED Prior automotive body repair experience required Knowledge of welding, panel fitting, frame alignment, and refinishing techniques Proficiency with body shop equipment including sanders, grinders, welding torches, and diagnostic tools ASE Certification in automotive body repair preferred Ability to lift and handle heavy parts (up to 75 lbs) and work in various physical positions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members Valid driver's license We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
