Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Body Shop Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in auto body work. The role involves assisting technicians with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Prior experience or mechanic background is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within the collision industry. Requirements Must have valid driver's license Responsibilities Assist with vehicle repairs, bodywork, and restorations under supervision Handle heavy lifting of parts and equipment safely and efficiently Use hand tools, power tools to support repair processes Perform detailing tasks to prepare vehicles for delivery Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shop area Assist with auto painting prep work and auto restoration projects as needed Follow safety protocols at all times during operations Experience Experience or background in automotive repair is preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair techniques is beneficial Experience with vehicle detailing, auto painting, or auto restoration projects is a plus Prior experience working with heavy lifting or in a mechanic environment will be considered an asset No previous experience necessary; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to develop their skills in automotive repair and body work
