In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure each vehicle leaves our shop looking flawless, delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills will shine. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces to ensure smooth finishes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and functioning. Assist with auto glass replacement and minor mechanical tasks as needed to support overall vehicle restoration. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling hazardous materials like paints and solvents. Proven dealership or auto body shop experience with a strong background in auto painting and repair. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing machines, and airless paint spraying equipment. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems to support auto body repairs effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling parts or equipment. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repair progress.
