Job Description
Job Overview Family owned auto body collision center is seeking to hire an Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will posses a strong background in automotive repair. This requires keen eye for detail and ability to work with hand tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their original condition Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, sheet metal work, and panel replacement Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools to complete repairs Conduct automotive cosmetic repairs to restore vehicles' appearance. Install automotive parts such as bumpers, trim and other components with precision. Execute automotive dent repair and structural repairs following manufacturer specifications or industry best practices. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members on auto restoration projects Assist with vehicle inspection processes to determine scope of repairs needed. Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or independent shop environment. Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto body repair techniques, and cosmetic refinishing processes.
