Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Combo Technician to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional who can perform both collision repair and refinishing at a high level. This position is perfect for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and delivering exceptional results. If you have experience in all phases of the collision repair process—from metal work and body repair to prep, paint, and reassembly—we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform complete collision repairs from start to finish Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components Perform metal finishing, body filler application, and panel alignment Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming Mix and apply paint and clear coat to manufacturer specifications Perform color matching and blending techniques Reassemble vehicles and ensure proper fit and finish Conduct quality control inspections throughout the repair process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of collision repair experience preferred Proven experience as a combo technician (body and paint) Strong knowledge of all aspects of collision repair and refinishing Ability to repair vehicles to OEM standards Experience with frame and structural repairs is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus but not required
