Job Description

5 + years of experience Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently without constant supervision
Surface Preparation:
Sand, fill, prime, and mask vehicle panels to ensure smooth, defect-free surfaces.
Color Matching & Mixing:
Utilize color charts, manufacturer codes, and specialized mixing equipment to match original factory colors or custom designs.
Paint Application:
Operate spray guns equipment to apply lacquers, enamels, and clear coats evenly.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished coats for flaws (e.g., sags, runs, or blisters) and buff or polish the surface to a high-gloss shine.
Compliance & Safety:
Properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous chemicals and waste while strictly wearing
Personal Protective Equipment Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
