You will play a critical role in ensuring repairs are properly documented, efficiently managed, and completed to OEM and insurance standards. Essential Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete, accurate repair estimates using CCC One. Determine repair versus replacement of damaged components. Communicate with insurance companies regarding supplements, approvals, and repair procedures. Review repair plans with technicians and management to ensure accuracy. Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process. Order and coordinate parts as needed. Document vehicle damage with photos and detailed notes. Ensure repair orders and final invoices accurately reflect completed work. Maintain compliance with DRP requirements and insurance guidelines. Coordinate with production staff to keep repairs moving efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining Finish Line Auto Body's quality standards. Qualifications PA State Appraiser License preferred (or ability to obtain where required). Previous collision estimating experience required. Strong knowledge of CCC One. Experience working with insurance carriers and DRP repair procedures. Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and estimating best practices. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume collision repair environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. I-CAR certification is a plus.
