Body Shop Estimator

Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles. This is a crucial role in our body shop department, as your estimates will directly impact the repair process and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Assessing vehicle damage and determining the necessary repairs
• Providing accurate and detailed estimates to customers and insurance companies
• Collaborating with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient repair processes
• Ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs
• Communicating with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
• Maintaining accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
• Proficiency in cash handling for processing payments from customers
• Sales skills to upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
