This is an opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled shop focused on precision cosmetic repairs (not heavy collision work) with a steady workflow and the tools and support to do the job right.

What You'll Do:

Cosmetic wheel repair and refinishing Bumper scratch, scuff, and chip repair Spot painting and blending Prep, sand, mask, paint, and finish repairs Match paint, gloss, texture, and final appearance

Experience in wheel repair / refinishing Experience in bumper repair and cosmetic paint work Strong eye for detail and finish quality Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver's license and dependable attendance Why Knoxville?
