Full Job Description Duties:
  • Complete safe, high-quality, and thorough automotive repairs for each vehicle, ensuring all OEM and Industry Standard Guidelines are adhered to
  • Assist Estimators in assessing damage for the development of a 100% repair plan for each vehicle
  • Perform mechanical repairs on vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with the team during daily
Requirements:
  • Certified Autobody Technician (ICAR or ASE)
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Knowledge of tools, and techniques
  • Maintain I-CAR certifications (Paid recert by company)
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in auto body repair and automotive repair techniques
  • Experience in mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required in the role

Summary As an Auto Body Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, working under supervision or independently to meet quality standards. You will apply core skills in mechanical knowledge, sheet metal work, detailing, and the use of hand and power tools, while leveraging premium expertise in MIG welding and fabrication. The role involves auto body repair, painting, and component replacement with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to a collaborative shop environment, supporting quality workmanship and timely vehicle restoration.
