Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles and takes pride in transforming vehicles to their best possible condition through meticulous cleaning and detailing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services. Apply paint correction techniques including polishing and buffing. Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection films. Conduct thorough engine bay cleaning. Utilize steam cleaning for interiors and upholstery. Maintain detailing equipment and supplies inventory. Follow company protocols for customer vehicle handling. Document before/after results for quality control.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of professional auto detailing experience. Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Valid driver's license with clean record. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
IDA (International Detailing Association) Certification. Experience with high-end or exotic vehicles. Knowledge of ceramic coating application. Experience with paint correction techniques.
Compensation & Benefits:
