Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with staff regarding repair processes and timelines. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body technology. Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment. Ability to perform accurate teardowns for blueprinting & auto estimating for repairs needed. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff. A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
