- Full-time Job Summary Top Gun Paint & Body is seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Perform complete collision and body repairs on all vehicle makes and models. Repair and replace damaged body panels, fenders, doors, quarter panels, bumpers, and structural components. Conduct frame and unibody repairs using measuring systems and repair equipment. Weld, cut, grind, and fabricate components as needed. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. Identify hidden damage and communicate repair needs accurately. Work closely with estimators, painters, and management to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on schedule. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and industry standards. Perform quality control inspections to ensure every repair meets shop expectations.Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of auto body repair experience preferred✅ Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and procedures✅ Experience with welding, metal repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs✅ Ability to read repair orders and follow manufacturer repair guidelines✅ Must have own basic body repair tools✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment✅ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality✅ I-CAR certifications are a plus but not requiredWhat We're Looking For:
