214 Auto Lab | Dallas, TX 214 Auto Lab is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in collision repair, auto body repair, vehicle disassembly, vehicle reassembly, and paint preparation. Compensation Earn 30% Commission on Collision Repair Labor. You will earn 30% commission on all completed collision repair labor. Commission is based on labor only and does not include parts, materials, paint, or other shop charges. There is no cap on your earning potential. Responsibilities Perform collision and body repairs. Repair or replace damaged body panels. Prepare vehicles for paint. Disassemble vehicles before repairs. Reassemble vehicles after repairs, ensuring proper fit and function. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Produce high-quality work in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous collision repair experience required. Ability to remove and reinstall vehicle components correctly. Knowledge of paint preparation. Strong attention to detail. Own tools preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.
