Job Description

Join our team as an Auto Body Repair Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and precision of our vehicle repair process. Responsibilities:
Efficiently remove and install parts, ensuring accuracy and precision. Utilize industry-standard techniques to repair dents and other damage to vehicle body panels. Apply body filler and bondo to repair damaged areas and achieve smooth surfaces. Proficient in basic welding techniques to repair and fabricate vehicle components. Use precision tools and equipment to accurately measure and align vehicle frames. Conduct thorough inspections to identify imperfections or areas requiring special attention prior to primer. Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain the quality and integrity of repair jobs. Collaborate with the team to coordinate workflow and meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of hazardous materials and waste. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Auto Body Repair Technician or similar role in an automotive repair setting. Proficient in removal and installation of automotive parts. Strong skills in dent repair and application of body filler/bondo. Experience with welding techniques. Familiarity with frame measuring tools and procedures. Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair diagrams. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or imperfections in vehicle surfaces. Capable of working efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Capable of maintaining a professional demeanor during work hours. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairs is a plus.

Schedule:
