RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, costs, and insurance processes.
- Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates and supplements.
- Create and manage repair orders and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Monitor repair progress and update customers regularly on the status of their vehicle.
- Identify additional damage during the repair process and submit supplements when necessary.
- Coordinate with body technicians, painters, and parts departments to ensure proper repair procedures.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS

- Energetic, motivated, and punctual
- Clean driving record and valid Texas DL.
- Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
- At least one year of experience using electric buffers in a collision or auto body shop.
