- to medium-duty fleets (delivery vans, service trucks, box trucks, and utility vehicles).

These values are make us who we are and you need to be in alignment with them to succeed here. 7+ years of hands-on collision repair experience (structural/non-structural, welding (steel & aluminum), refinishing and paint). Proven ability to deliver quality repairs the first time while minimizing vehicle downtime. Experience with commercial/light-duty fleet vehicles is strongly preferred. ASE Collision Repair & Refinish certifications (B2-B5 preferred; Master status a plus). I-CAR training or ProLevel certification (or willingness to complete quickly). Welding certifications and strong knowledge of modern materials/ADAS considerations. Ability to efficiently work on aluminum and repair rather than replace. Eye for perfection and attention to detail—no "good enough" mindset. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Comfort with digital tools, photo reporting, and mobile technology. Leadership potential—prior lead/supervisory experience or desire to help manage a growing division is a big advantage. You're okay cutting corners on safety, quality, or documentation—our fleet customers (logistics, contractors, municipal, rental) demand audit-ready results. You're not excited about helping build something new from the ground up.
