We have been in business for 17+ years. Very little turn over. Most employees stay for years. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in auto body repair, welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance will be essential in delivering exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in automotive repair.
Schedule:
Monday
- Fridays Occasional Saturdays if needed. 5 days a week, 8 AM
- 5 PM overtime may be available Pay
- Flat Rate and / or Hourly
- Negotiable Responsibilities Perform collision repairs on vehicles, including bodywork, frame straightening, and component replacement Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and sheet metal techniques to restore vehicle structures Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify damages and determine necessary repairs using auto estimating tools Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes and communicate progress effectively with team members and customers Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto restoration projects, and assembly work when needed Shop Help.

Handling parts Requirements Proven experience in dealership auto body repair or collision repair shops is highly preferred Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with auto painting, auto glass installation, and auto estimating software Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and welding apparatus safely and efficiently Knowledge of sheet metal work, auto restoration processes, and auto body repair standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Prior experience with auto painting techniques such as airless paint spraying is a plus Mechanical or mechanic experience is advantageous for understanding vehicle systems comprehensively Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to deliver top-tier collision services!
