The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing collision-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural repairs on collision-damaged vehicles. Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and related components. Complete metal finishing, panel alignment, and body preparation work. Review repair plans and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. Utilize measuring and diagnostic equipment to verify proper vehicle alignment. Work collaboratively with estimators, production staff, and painters to achieve repair timelines.
