Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wrap/PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer - Full Time! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle customization and protection, applying high-quality wraps and protective films to enhance vehicle aesthetics and safeguard paintwork. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled technicians passionate about automotive detailing, auto body work, and vehicle maintenance. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional results that exceed customer expectations, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values craftsmanship and innovation. Duties Professionally install vehicle wraps and paint protection films with precision and attention to detail. Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of films. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers for application processes. Perform auto body repairs, buffing, auto painting, and auto glass replacement as needed to ensure flawless finishes. Conduct vehicle inspections post-installation to verify quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained. Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Requirements Proven dealership experience or background in automotive detailing, auto body repair, or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Experience with welding, auto painting, auto restoration, or auto estimating is highly desirable. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures including auto glass installation and buffing techniques. Knowledge of auto painting methods such as airless paint spraying and detailing processes. Ability to perform auto glass repairs or replacements accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities. Mechanic experience or background in auto restoration is a plus. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions.
