Job Description

Responsibilities Assist technicians in performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Perform basic vehicle services under supervision. Learn manufacturer-recommended repair procedures and dealership processes. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Participate in training and development programs to grow technical skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive trade school or vocational program enrollment preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and desire to pursue a career as an automotive technician. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced technicians. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
