About us M&S Collision LLC is a growing collision repair shop in Olympia, WA. We take pride in quality repairs, honest work, and treating our employees with respect. We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who enjoys producing high-quality work and being part of a dependable team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate has strong metal repair skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Duties:
  • Repair collision-damaged vehicles
  • Replace damaged body panels
  • Perform metal repair and dent repair
  • Use frame measuring and frame straightening equipment
  • Disassemble and resemble vehicles
  • Prepare vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform quality inspections before delivery
  • Work safely and follow shop procedures
Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with dealership or automotive repair shop processes is preferred
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble a variety of vehicles
Skills:
  • Strong metal repair and panel replace skills
  • Experience using frame machine and measuring systems
  • Ability to weld steel and aluminum (preferred)
  • Ability to read repair procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and teamwork
