We are committed to delivering top-quality service and fostering a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition using advanced auto body repair techniques. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive high-quality service and leave with vehicles that look and perform their best. Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration with precision and efficiency Use MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair sheet metal and structural components Fabricate parts or modify existing components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Conduct auto painting, including airless paint spraying, to achieve smooth, professional finishes Replace auto glass and perform auto glass repairs as needed to restore vehicle safety and appearance Assist with auto restoration projects by assembling parts, detailing vehicles, and ensuring quality standards are met Maintain mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance tasks related to body repairs and overall automotive repair Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is a must! Proficiency in MIG welding, sheet metal work, fabrication, and auto painting techniques Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, auto glass replacement, and auto estimating software Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Knowledge of auto restoration processes and auto body assembly procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Join our team as an Auto Body Technician where your skills will shine!
