Put your hands-on skills to work installing custom accessories and upgrades on brand-new vehicles in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Apex is currently recruiting for an Accessories Installer for one of our top clients in Wentzville, MO. What's In It For You? Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential Hands-on work customizing and upgrading vehicles Opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle accessories and components Best in class benefits when hired in to include medical, dental, vision, PTO and Flex Time! Build valuable automotive installation and manufacturing experience What You'll Be Doing Install custom vehicle accessories and upgrades according to customer specifications Remove factory-installed components and install aftermarket or customer-requested accessories Install items such as graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, bumpers, and other vehicle upfits Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches Verify proper torque specifications and key product characteristics (KPCs) Follow written work instructions and dimensional technical specifications Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met Properly identify and document non-conforming materials Review installation schedules and complete builds according to production priorities Follow all company safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For 6 months to 1 year of accessory installation experience Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of accessory installation experience Experience installing vehicle graphics, decals, or wraps Automotive customization, upfitting, or aftermarket accessory experience Associate's degree or technical certification Graphic installation experience Ready to turn your hands-on skills into a long-term career?
