Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appliance Installation Specialist to join our expanding installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and installing, a wide range of household appliances, ensuring each customer's experience is seamless and satisfying. Your expertise will help customers enjoy their appliances at peak performance, while you demonstrate professionalism, technical skill, and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with innovative appliances and contribute to the comfort and convenience of our clients' homes. Responsibilities Safely deliver appliances to customer locations using a box truck or similar vehicle, ensuring timely and damage-free transportation Install various appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers and more according to manufacturer specifications and schematics Use power tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble, connect plumbing, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems as required Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience Ability to read schematics, use ladder logic for troubleshooting, and work with plumbing or refrigeration systems Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and other maintenance equipment Experience operating box trucks or similar delivery vehicles is advantageous Customer service skills with a professional attitude in client interactions Ability to work with another team member in the field while managing time efficiently Join our team as an Appliance Installation Specialist if you're passionate about technical excellence and delivering outstanding service.
