If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the career for you. We install equipment and accessories that help commercial fleets stay organized, productive, and safe on the road. Whether you have experience in automotive work, construction, fabrication, welding, electrical work, farming, or equipment installation, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Be Doing Installing shelving systems and storage solutions in commercial vehicles Mounting ladder racks and other exterior equipment Installing emergency lighting, work lights, and 12-volt accessories Performing basic wiring and electrical connections Reading installation instructions and wiring diagrams Troubleshooting installation issues and ensuring proper operation Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Delivering high-quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and stay productive Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Experience In Any Of The Following Is Helpful Automotive repair or installation Vehicle accessories or upfitting 12-volt electrical systems Construction or skilled trades Welding or fabrication Commercial fleet vehicles Why Join Trucks Plus?
