In order to be a part of our team you need to have 4 Personal Character Traits. Hard Worker Humble Friendly
- Good Attitude Problem Solver Experience is welcomed but not necessary. We have an excellent training program we will send you through. We require our Technicians to be MECP certified. If you are not certified then we will help you to become certified in the first 12 months after being hired. Technician position requires but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Car Audio Installations
- Radios,Speakers,Amplifiers,ect. Marine Audio Installations
- mobile, and in-shop installs Basic Woodworking Basic Upholstery
- Leather kit installs, upholstering basic panels Security/Remote Start Lighting Truck/Jeep Accessories Helping Superiors Assisting Subordinates Cleaning Pickups/Deliveries Mobile Installs Other services listed on our website We install high quality products in vehicles with a big focus on "OEM or Better"
- meaning whatever vehicle you are working on ask yourself "Would the vehicle manufacturer (Ford,BMW,Mercedes,ect) install it the way you are installing it ?
Pay Compensation :
$12 per hour- $18 per hour (pay is directly dependent upon your ability to produce.
