In this role, you will be responsible for replacing and calibrating automotive windshields, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. This position offers the opportunity to work with company-provided vehicles, a fuel card, ADAS equipment, and a laptop to support your work efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in automotive glass services, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Duties Remove and replace damaged or worn windshields and other automotive glass components with precision and care. Perform calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) following windshield replacement to ensure vehicle safety features function correctly. Use company vehicle, fuel card, ADAS equipment, and laptop to facilitate job assignments efficiently. Visit customers at various locations including shops, homes, or work addresses. Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during all repair and replacement procedures. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details and ensure their satisfaction with the completed work. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of old glass materials. Skills Proven experience in windshield replacement, calibration, and automotive glass repair is preferred. Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures is highly desirable. Ability to perform window tinting accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to operate relevant tools, equipment, and technology such as laptops for job documentation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for operating company vehicle. Bonus Tinting-Extra pay for being a qualified window tinter-Must prove quality of work before performing work for customers and earning bonuses. Chip Repair-Extra pay for being a qualified chip repairer-Must prove quality of work before performing work for customers and earning bonuses.
