We are a family-owned Glass Doctor franchise opening in North Central Phoenix this fall. Glass Doctor has been in business since 1962 with 175+ locations across the country. This one is ours, and we are hiring the first team. Auto glass only.

PAY BY LEVEL, NOT BY TENURE

• AGT 1 — $22 to $25/hr. Solid hands, learning windshields and ADAS.
• AGT 2 — $26 to $29/hr. Works alone on any vehicle, ADAS certified.
• If you can already do the work, you start there. No serving time at a training rate.

Ladder:

AGT 1 → AGT 2 → Lead AGT. Movement depends on skill, reliability and how you work with the team. Lead AGT opens as the shop grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Windshield, side and rear glass replacement; chip and crack repair
• ADAS recalibration in-house — paid training and certification if you need it
• Shop and mobile work across our nine ZIP codes: 85012-85017, 85020, 85021, 85051
• Tell every customer the safe drive away time. We never shorten it.
• Keep your van and the shop clean, stocked and organized

WHAT WE NEED

• AGT 1: hands-on trade skill. Tint, detailing, collision and mobile mechanic all translate.
• AGT 2: 2+ years auto glass, plus ADAS experience or the ability to certify quickly
• Valid Arizona license and a clean driving record
• Background check and drug screen
• Able to lift 60 lbs and work outdoors in Phoenix heat
