Job Description
About the Position We are seeking a dependable and experienced Mobile Auto Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional auto glass repair and replacement services at customer locations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive repair or auto glass installation, works well independently, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform windshield, side glass, rear glass, and other auto glass repairs and replacements on various vehicle makes and models. Travel to customer locations and complete services in a safe and professional manner. Inspect vehicles to assess glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and auto glass installation equipment according to industry standards. Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and customer information. Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety requirements. Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommended repairs. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in auto glass installation, automotive repair, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to safely lift and handle automotive glass and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with ADAS calibration is a plus but not required. Dealership or automotive service experience is preferred.
