PPF/Tint Installer Innovo Auto LLC Emeryville, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $40 - $60 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Plotters Visual color comparison Driver's License Window tinting Cutting machines Full Job Description PPF & Window Tint Installer — Innovo Auto Detailing (Oakland) Innovo is a detailing, paint protection and tint shop at 3425 Ettie St in Oakland, with mobile crews covering SF and the East Bay. We're a STEK-certified PPF installer (FORCESHIELD gloss/matte, DYNOshield) and we're adding an installer as PPF and tint volume grows. You'd work in our shop on a plotter-cut workflow. Our detail crew handles decon and prep before the car gets to you, so you spend your time installing. We'll bring on one person who does both, or one strong PPF installer and one strong tint installer. If you're excellent at one and want to get excellent at the other, say so. What you'll do Install PPF — full fronts, tracks, full wraps — on daily drivers through exotics Install window tint to spec, including tight-tolerance rear glass Run plotter cuts and know when to hand-cut or bulk instead Prep a panel yourself when the job calls for it Stand behind the work — no lifts, no contamination, edges that hold. Our PPF carries a 10-year warranty and your installs are what that rests on Walk customers through care and what to expect while film cures What you bring 2+ years installing PPF, tint, or both, with work you can show Comfortable on a plotter and with film software (we can teach ours) Patience for the last 10% — the part that separates a clean install from a callback Reliable, on time, and honest about a panel that needs to be redone Valid driver's license Nice to have STEK, XPEL or 3M training Paint correction or ceramic coating experience Details By the job, at our Oakland shop, scheduled as PPF and tint work comes in. Steady volume, growing Films, tools, plotter and a real bay provided — you bring your hands and your standards To apply: send photos or video of your installs, where you trained, and the films you've worked with. Pay:
