The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of tinting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to arrive on time and complete each job professionally. In this role, you will travel to customers, prepare vehicles or windows for tint installation, apply tint film with precision, and ensure a clean, smooth, and professional finish. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and represents Black Box Tints in a professional and dependable manner. Responsibilities Travel to client locations to perform mobile tinting services. Install window tint film on vehicles and/or residential or commercial windows, depending on job requirements. Prepare glass surfaces by cleaning, measuring, cutting, and shaping tint film accurately. Apply tint film smoothly while avoiding bubbles, creases, peeling, or dust contamination. Inspect completed work to ensure a clean and professional finish. Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions about care, drying time, and tint maintenance. Maintain tinting tools, materials, and work area in a clean and organized manner. Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly. Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and manage time well throughout the day. Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in window tinting is required. Must be mobile and able to travel to different job locations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to speak English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of tint installation tools, techniques, and film handling. Ability to work carefully with attention to detail and quality. Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and complete jobs without constant supervision. Comfortable working in different environments and weather conditions when needed. Experience with automotive tinting is strongly preferred.
