Competitive pay based on experience (DOE) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Window Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and has experience installing automotive glass on a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Install and replace automotive glass, including windshields, door glass, quarter glass, and rear windows. Remove damaged or broken glass while preventing damage to vehicle components. Properly prepare surfaces and apply adhesives to manufacturer specifications. Perform leak tests and quality inspections after installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate professionally with team members and customers. Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications:

Previous automotive glass installation experience preferred. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
