We're looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) installer to join our team at 719AutoCustoms! If you're passionate about quality work and ready to take your skills to the next level, we'd love to hear from you. To make the move easier, we offer a relocation bonus ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on your situation. Come grow with us in a supportive, professional, and high-energy shop environment!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full and partial PPF installations on a variety of vehicle makes and models Inspect and prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion Work with pre-cut kits as well as custom bulk installs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Ensure consistent, high-quality results and client satisfaction Collaborate with the rest of the team to meet deadlines and uphold brand standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of experience in PPF installation Strong attention to detail with a passion for automotive aesthetics Familiarity with industry tools, films, and software (e.g., plotters, squeegees, steamer, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer service excellence Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
